I've decided that 2012 is the year I will loose some weight. I'm tired of being tired and not felling well. So on Wednesdays I'll be weighing in and posting my weight goals, rants and other weight loss stuff.

Jan. 3 - 255.6
January goal: I will not buy any junk food especially candy! See my first goal doesn't even have a number in it. This will be a big challenge for me because I basically live on junk food.
